Happy New Year to you, your family, and that extra jiggle that somehow has showed up on your ________ (fill in the blank).
We're all super inundated with traditional New Year's resolutions this time of year: Through casual conversation, on TV and in the news, and most of all ... in our own heads (good ol' mind-body psychology 101)

And Why does the process of "just doing it" have to be so hard, why do we continually look for the magic pill, the magic piece of equipment, and/or the magic bullet?
Well it comes down to fundamentals, a system, support, and a smidge of want. You must know WHY you want to get into better shape, and then WANT to.
Get yourself a workout partner or program, get your butt moving, and let it happen ... stop fighting it.
Build momentum, feel better, and seek support and help.
That's it, the elusive "magic bullet."
We often spend more time thinking of a shortcut or looking for that "What the hell is that," TV gadget – that we could've been done with 3 workouts before we even get our butts up to buy the bogus gadget!
So my advice this year: Back to basics and old-fashioned moving. Moving is Step 1, moving with a purpose is Step 2. And so on.
I can't wait to share more stories and insight with you this year. I've got a ton of goodies on the way ... stay tuned and live with vigor & purpose.

Let’s ROCK 2012!

God Bless and Happy New Year, Friends!

COMMIT 2 be FIT,
Josh Rogers
